New Boutique Concept (TBC)

During this economic downturn, many retail businesses are affected. Some retailers are facing poor business due to poor economy and location problem. Shopping malls at good location are usually asking for very high rental. We, Haikara, have very good connection with many shopping malls to

lease a shop space to run a boutique corner at shopping malls near the MRT stations. Hence, we are

co-ordinating some vendors and local designers to join our boutique at shopping malls.

Select shop concept

For our Boutique shop, we are planning to adapt the Select shop concept. In Japan select shops are consider mainstream shops that local designers will have their work being displayed there, and we are bringing that concept to Singapore into our neighborhood shopping malls. A select shop is a space/shop that gives a wide variety of choices to the shoppers. From the latest trend to the most unique accessories, a select shop display a wide range of labels for shoppers to chose from. And the shop is always in a colorful mix that gives shoppers a brand new experience while shopping.
